There are many great affiliate programs to promote, and some that are not so great.

I use the 5 day / 2000 hit rule with new sponsors. If a new sponsor doesn’t produce a sale within 5 days or 2000 hits (which ever comes first), I drop the program and look for better performers. Not many make the cut.
